小学语文是非常基础而又重要的一门学科,它不仅为小学生以后的语文学习打下基础,而且为其他科目的学习提供了有利的条件。要引导学生有效的学习语文,就要激发学生语文学习的兴趣,培养学生良好的学习习惯,为学生营造出和谐自主的学习氛围,让学生在语文学习的过程中不断得到提高,收获快乐。随着新课程改革的发展,许多教育工作者都对小学语文的教学方法展开了深入研究,一些教育工作者根据自己的教学经验提出了“分层教学”的教学方法,在尊重学生个性差异的前提下,根据学生的个性特点和实际学习情况有针对性的制定出教学目标和学习任务,尽可能让每个学生在课堂上都学有所获,都能够收获新知识,锻炼自主学习的能力。本文对分层教学在小学语文教学中的运用展开探究,力求帮助语文教师提高全体学生的语文知识水平和综合能力。
