山东省引黄济青工程输水河寒亭段有19.3km为粉砂土河段,大部分为高填方和半挖半填。工程自运行以来,堤坡水土大量流失,水毁严重,给工程管理造成了较大困难,不但影响了工程面貌,而且危及了工程的安全运行。因此,对粉砂土堤坡保土固坡显得尤为重要。1 工程存在的问题及原因 粉砂土在当地称海底砂,含盐碱量高,无粘性,水土不易保持,植被不易生长,地表长期裸露。雨季,粉砂土达到饱和后,随水流失,形成大量雨淋坑沟,有的雨淋坑深1m,宽达3m。特别是高填方段,外坡斜长达9m,冲刷严重。旱季,粉砂土不保水,土粒处于松散状态,遇大
