目的:研制决明子提取工艺及制备温敏凝胶。方法:以大黄酚与总固体得率为提取工艺的指标,以泊洛沙姆P 407为凝胶材料,以泊洛沙姆P 188、PEG 6 000调节胶凝温度,并采用正交试验筛选处方。结果:决明子的提取工艺是加水6倍、提取2次,每次1.0 h,温敏凝胶在32~33℃胶凝。结论:该提取工艺可行,温敏凝胶处方设计合理,可进一步研究开发。
Objective: To develop extraction process of cassia seed and preparation of thermosensitive gel. Methods: Taking the extraction rate of chrysophanol and total solids as index, poloxamer P 407 was used as the gel material, poloxamer P 188 and PEG 6000 were used to adjust the gelation temperature, and the orthogonal test prescription. Results: The extraction process of cassia seeds was 6 times of water, extracted twice, each time 1.0 h, the temperature-sensitive gels gelled at 32 ~ 33 ℃. Conclusion: The extraction process is feasible and the design of temperature-sensitive gel is reasonable and can be further studied and developed.
