企业绩效管理是一种贯穿企业各层次的管理体系,绩效指标设计要反映不同层次上的企业要求。因此,指向员工行为的绩效内涵必须体现层次性,相互之间还要保持一致性,这种一致性是建立在企业战略、组织体制、员工行为特点等基础之上对绩效指标的整合。
Enterprise performance management is a management system that runs through all levels of the enterprise. The design of performance indicators should reflect the requirements of enterprises at different levels. Therefore, the performance connotation pointing to employees’ behavior must reflect the level of consistency and mutual consistency.
