在经济全球化、文化多样化、人才竞争激烈的今天,大学生本应有一种责任感、危机感,勤奋学习,积极进取,准备为实现全民族的伟大复兴贡献自己的聪明和智慧。然而,却有少数学生意志消沉,不思进取,甚至发展为厌学或退学。当前,各大专院校厌学学生所占比例越来越大,人数持续增长,已经成为一个不可忽视和必须采取措施加以解决的问题。本文通过对高校厌学学生的调查,特别是对这一群体的心态调整、学习动机和心理变化、行为调整等方面的探视及成因研究,提出了应对策略。本文虽是评价大学生厌学现象的,但对当前青少年中普遍存在的厌学现象也具有很好的指导和借鉴意义。厌学已经成为高校学生中普遍存在的问题,各校对厌学学生采取了不同的教育措施,一些高校对符合退学条件的学生还采取了退学试读的办法,但这并未从根本上解决问题。为探明原因笔者对高校厌学学生进行调查并提出改进意见。 Today, with economic globalization, cultural diversity and fierce competition for talents, college students should have a sense of responsibility and sense of crisis, study diligently, make progress and are ready to contribute their wisdom and wisdom to realizing the great rejuvenation of the entire nation. This article puts forward the countermeasures for the investigation of college students who are tired of schooling, especially the adjustment of their mentality, learning motivation and psychological changes, behavior adjustment and so on. Although this paper evaluates the phenomenon of university students weariness, it also has a good guidance and reference significance to the phenomenon of weariness universally existing among teenagers. Weariness has become a ubiquitous problem among college students. Each school has adopted different education measures for those who are tired of schooling. Some colleges and universities have also taken the measure of dropping out of school for students who meet the conditions for dropping out. However, this has not been fundamentally solved problem. In order to find out the reasons, I surveyed college disgusted students and put forward suggestions for improvement.
