用电磁感应法在碳/碳复合材料表面制备与人骨镁含量相当的羟基磷灰石涂层,镁占涂层的重量百分含量分别为0、0.28%、0.32%、0.49%。用SEM、EDS、XRD、FT-IR等手段对涂层进行了评价,结果表明:镁离子能进入羟基磷灰石晶格内部,不同镁含量涂层的物相有微小差异。在人骨镁含量的范围内,涂层的镁含量越高体外大鼠成骨细胞(MC3T3-E1)的粘附、增殖以及分化能力越强。
The hydroxyapatite coating with the same content as human bone was prepared on the surface of carbon / carbon composite by electromagnetic induction method. The content of magnesium in the coating was 0,0.28%, 0.32% and 0.49%, respectively. The coatings were evaluated by means of SEM, EDS, XRD and FT-IR. The results showed that magnesium ions could enter into the hydroxyapatite crystal lattice with slight difference in the phases of different Mg content coatings. In the range of human bone magnesium content, the higher the magnesium content of the coating, the stronger the adhesion, proliferation and differentiation ability of rat osteoblasts (MC3T3-E1) in vitro.
