目的 探讨利用脂肪酸组成对中国鼠疫耶尔森菌菌株进行分型的可能性 ,获得中国鼠疫耶尔森菌菌株脂肪酸组成的本底资料。方法 选择历年来从我国不同疫源地分离到的 5 8株鼠疫耶尔森菌进行了菌体脂肪酸成分分析 ,并利用STATISTICA统计软件进行实验菌株的聚类分析。结果 中国鼠疫耶尔森菌菌株的主要脂肪酸成分为 16∶0酸 ,环式 17∶0酸 ,3 羟基 14∶0酸和ω7c 16∶1酸以及十八碳单烯酸 ,与MIDI公司Sherlock系统的菌库中的数据存在一些差异。结论 实验菌株的脂肪酸成分极为接近 ,聚类图不能充分体现分离株在分离时间、地点以及生物型别上的差异 ,表明脂肪酸分析目前不适于鼠疫耶尔森菌的分型。根据实验结果 ,建立了中国鼠疫耶尔森菌菌株的脂肪酸组成数据库
Objective To explore the possibility of using fatty acid composition to classify Yersinia pestis strains in China and get the background data of the fatty acid composition of Yersinia pestis strains in China. Methods Fifty-eight strains of Yersinia pestis isolates from different foci of China were selected for analysis of fatty acids composition in the past years. The STATISTICA statistical software was used to cluster the experimental strains. Results The main fatty acid components of Yersinia pestis strains in China were 16:0 acid, 17:1 acid, 3hydroxy 14:0 and ω7c 16:1 acids and octadecyl acrylic acid, which were the same as those of MIDI company Sherlock system There are some differences in the data in the database. Conclusion The fatty acid composition of the experimental strains is very close. The clustering map can not fully reflect the separation time, location and biological type of the isolates, indicating that fatty acid analysis is not suitable for Yersinia pestis at present. Based on the experimental results, a database of fatty acid composition of Yersinia pestis strains in China was established
