某特种车辆油气悬挂系统中的国产传动连杆使用过程中发生多起断裂,而同种国外传动连杆的使用情况良好。力学性能测试结果表明,国产连杆的抗拉强度和硬度比国外传动连杆的低,且比国内技术要求值低,导致连杆断裂。显微组织分析表明,国产连杆淬火加热温度较低,存在较多铁素体,形成了非正常回火索氏体,导致其抗拉强度和硬度低于技术要求值;国外传动连杆组织为正常回火索氏体,因而具有较好的强度与韧性性能。
A special kind of vehicle oil-gas suspension system in the domestic drive connecting rod in the process of using more than one fracture, and the same foreign transmission connecting rod in good condition. The mechanical properties test results show that the tensile strength and hardness of the domestic connecting rod is lower than that of the foreign transmission connecting rod and lower than the domestic technical requirements, resulting in the connecting rod fracture. Microstructure analysis shows that domestic connecting rod quenching heating temperature is low, there are more ferrite, the formation of an abnormal tempered sorbite, resulting in its tensile strength and hardness lower than the technical requirements; foreign transmission connecting rod organization For the normal tempered sorbite, which has good strength and toughness properties.
