QXMS—E50型变量轴向柱塞马达是中国农机院和武汉液压机械厂共同研制的新产品,1984年12月通过部级鉴定。结构特点该马达为前置斜盘式轴向柱塞马达(见图),采用铁基渗铜粉末冶金缸体,它的优点是结构简单,体积小,重量轻。此外,该马达的粉末冶金缸体直接与合金铸铁后盖组成一对摩擦副,省略了配油盘,故而结构得到了简化,同时降低了成本,并为无切削加工创造了有利条件。用途该马达与1981年通过部级鉴定的QXB—E50型轴向柱塞泵配套使用,适用于中小马力装载机、
QXMS-E50 variable axial piston motor is a new product jointly developed by China Agricultural Machinery Institute and Wuhan Hydraulic Machinery Factory. It passed ministry-level appraisal in December 1984. Structural features The motor is a front swash plate type axial piston motor (see photo), the use of iron-based copper powder metallurgy cylinder, which has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight. In addition, the powder metallurgy cylinder of the motor directly forms a pair of friction pairs with the back cover of the alloy cast iron, and the oil pan is omitted. Therefore, the structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, and favorable conditions for non-cutting processing are provided.
