合理的井身结构优化设计在海洋钻井作业过程中至关重要,是实现科学、安全、高效钻井作业的前提与保证。渤中25-1地区的作业难点为地层复杂、异常压力地层分布广,对钻井作业提出了较高的要求。由于该地区将投入规模性开发,原有的探井套管程序已不能满足今后开发井的需要。因此,本文从优化井身结构的角度出发,根据该地区的地层特点简化了套管程序,合理布置了井身结构,既有效地保护了油气层也为安全顺利钻井创造了条件,并使钻井周期缩短,以期达到经济、高效开发BZ25-1油田的目的。
Reasonable well structure optimization design is of vital importance in offshore drilling operations and is a prerequisite and guarantee for achieving scientific, safe and efficient drilling operations. The difficulty of operation in Bozhong 25-1 area is that the strata are complicated and the strata of abnormal pressure are widely distributed, putting forward higher requirements for drilling operation. As the region will invest large-scale development, the original exploration well casing procedures have been unable to meet the needs of future development wells. Therefore, based on the optimization of wellbore structure, this paper simplifies the casing program according to the stratigraphic characteristics of the area and rationally arranges the wellbore structure, which not only effectively protects the reservoir but also creates the conditions for safe and smooth drilling, Shorten the cycle, in order to achieve the purpose of economic and efficient development of BZ25-1 oil field.
