为实现对渠道流量的自动化、智能化监测,基于超声波遇介面反射原理,设计了基于气介式超声波的渠道自动测流装置系统。以T40KI芯为发射传感器,以R40K1芯为接收传感器,传感器将水位信号传输到MSP430F149单片机进行处理,RS232串口经MAX3232CPE转换芯片实现电平转换后,将信号传输至上位机,从而实现了水位和流量数据的处理、结果显示及监测的自动化、智能化。最终通过系统测试验证了该系统实时流量监测的可行性与可靠性。
In order to realize automatic and intelligent monitoring of channel flow, an automatic flow measurement device based on gas-mediated ultrasonic wave was designed based on the principle of ultrasonic reflection and interface reflection. Take T40KI core as the transmitting sensor and R40K1 core as the receiving sensor. The sensor transmits the water level signal to the MSP430F149 singlechip for processing. After the RS232 serial port is level-converted by the MAX3232CPE conversion chip, the signal is transmitted to the upper computer to realize the water level and the flow rate Data processing, results display and monitoring of automation and intelligence. At last, the feasibility and reliability of the system real-time traffic monitoring are verified by system test.
