建设学习型团队是新形势对办公室工作提出的一项重要任务,是适应集团公司跨国经营的需要,也是加强自身建设的重要基础工作。本文从建设学习型团队的实际出发,剖析了建设学习型团队的理论依据和实践通路,引入了新的管理理念和方式方法,提出了五个方面的创建思考意见,以期一流的学习型团队在企业转型跨越发展、实施跨国经营的伟大实践中发挥办公室系统更大的作用。
Building a learning team is an important task proposed by the new situation for the work of the office. It is to meet the needs of multinational operation of group companies and an important foundation for strengthening self-construction. Based on the reality of constructing learning team, this article analyzes the theoretical basis and practical path of building learning team, introduces new management concepts and ways and methods, puts forward five aspects to create thinking opinions, and first-class learning team in Business transformation across the development, implementation of the great practice of transnational management to play a greater role in the office system.
