采暖是工厂燃料消耗的大户,又关系着工人的劳动条件和生产效率,但是工厂的采暖技术有不少还比较陈旧,有的工厂车间特别是高大厂房,往往因采暖效果差而影响生产。当前国内工厂的采暖,几乎都由工厂自备锅炉房供给,生产和采暖在过去都用蒸汽。若将采暖改用热水,不仅改造工程大,工厂设施变得更为复杂,而且现在使用的热水温度也很低,往往使暖风机吹冷风而达不到使用要求,散热器挂满墙和柱,在技术上经济上都不能与工厂的情况相适应,显然,按工厂的情况最简单的方案是使用蒸汽,为此进行了高压蒸汽辐射板采暖系统的研究和实践。

If heating is changed to hot water, not only the renovation project will be large, the factory facilities will become more complex, and the hot water temperature now used is also very low, often causing the heaters to blow cold air and failing to meet the requirements for use. The radiators are covered with walls. The column and the column are technically and economically unable to adapt to the conditions of the factory. Obviously, the simplest solution according to the plant conditions is the use of steam. For this purpose, the research and practice of a high-pressure steam radiant panel heating system has been carried out.
