问卷调查发现,少数民族地区与非少数民族地区教师对学生学业评价的认识不存在显著差异。目前教师对学业评价的认识基本正确,但对评价目的与功能的认识、评价标准的制定、评价内容的把握、评价主体的参与、评价方法的运用、评价认识与实践之间的差距问题还需要改进。正确认识考试的功能,科学借鉴国外教育评价理论与方法,积极开展学业评价校本研究,有利于学业评价工作的开展。
