本文提出在传动的啮合角和重合度数值已知的条件下,通过解一元二次方程求少齿差内啮合齿轮传动的变位系数。此法适用于不计齿顶高系数和要求径向间隙保持为固定值的两种情况。利用此法求变位系数比用试算法简便,比用查表法的适应性要大,计算也不繁杂。不过在求得变位系数后,仍要验算齿廓重叠干涉。
In this paper, under the condition that the values of the engagement angle and the coincidence degree of the transmission are known, the displacement coefficient of the internal gear transmission with fewer teeth difference is solved by solving the quadratic equation. This method is suitable for excluding the tooth top height coefficient and the radial clearance required to maintain a fixed value of the two cases. The use of this method to find the variable coefficient than the simple test algorithm, the use of look-up table than the adaptability of the calculation is not complicated. However, after obtaining the coefficient of variation, we still have to check the tooth profile overlapping interference.
