E.Coli RDEC-1菌株为兔腹泻致病菌。该菌能粘附并集聚在受染兔的回肠粘膜表面。作者为了确定菌毛能否促进细菌的粘附性,且这种粘附性是由Ⅰ型抑或另一类型菌毛所介导,以及该菌粘附能力受抑时与菌毛的有无是否有关,本文报告了下列实验结果。 1.RDEC-1的粘附性可通过接合试验传递给无菌毛、无粘附性的痢菌。同量的供体RDEC-1与受体福氏痢菌M4243的混合液(1:10)划线于选择性培养基平板上,然后测定所获得痢菌接合子在试管内对兔、豚鼠等
