为了提高热锻成形质量,简化成形设备,提出了一种通过电阻加热,使锻件在模具内直接完成加热和成形的新型热锻模具结构。根据电极与锻件接触关系的不同,将电阻连续加热热锻模具结构进行了分类。以电极与锻件不接触的模具结构为例,分析了该类模具的结构特点及其成形工艺,提出了成形过程中遇到的主要问题。通过试验,对新的模具结构进行验证。结果表明,该模具结构可以在短时间内将锻件加热到成形温度,并在成形过程中降低锻件的冷却速度。
In order to improve the quality of hot forging and simplify the forming equipment, a new type of hot forging die structure is proposed which is heated and formed by resistance heating in the die. According to the different contact relationship between the electrode and the forging, the resistance is continuously heated for hot forging die structure classification. Taking the mold structure with no contact between electrodes and forgings as an example, the structural features and the forming process of the molds are analyzed. The main problems encountered in the forming process are presented. Through the test, the new mold structure to verify. The results show that the mold structure can heat the forging to the forming temperature in a short time and reduce the cooling rate of the forging during the forming process.
