针对FMS调度中存在的问题,通过分析FMS的组成和活动特点,建立了基于FMS资源对象模型的动态调度模型,提出基于虚拟工件队列的调度算法。该方法能较好地简化FMS调度策略、提高系统设备利用率、发挥FMS的潜在柔性;同时可简化系统软件的开发,提高软件的可重用性。
Aiming at the existing problems in FMS scheduling, a dynamic scheduling model based on FMS resource object model is established by analyzing the composition and activity characteristics of FMS. A scheduling algorithm based on virtual workpiece queue is proposed. This method can simplify the FMS scheduling strategy, improve the utilization of system equipment and make full use of the potential flexibility of FMS. At the same time, it can simplify the development of system software and improve the reusability of software.
