糖尿病心肌病是慢性高血糖的糖毒性作用通过一系列过程导致的心脏结构和功能改变的病理状态,其心肌重构会加剧这种病理过程。若不对这种病理性重构过程尽早予以恰当的干预,最终引起系列并发症如心力衰竭、心律失常及心源性休克等。成纤维细胞生长因子21是成纤维细胞生长因子家族中功能较为活跃的细胞生长因子,该因子可从不同层面干预糖尿病心肌病心肌重构发挥其心脏保护功能。因此,有必要对该细胞因子在糖尿病心肌病心肌重构过程中的作用予以全面阐述,以期为研发此类药物提供详尽的理论和实践指导。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a pathological condition in which changes in cardiac structure and function are caused by a series of processes that result from the toxic effects of chronic hyperglycemia and whose myocardial remodeling exacerbates this pathological process. Without proper intervention of this pathological remodeling process as early as possible, a series of complications such as heart failure, arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock are finally caused. Fibroblast growth factor 21 is a more active cell growth factor in the family of fibroblast growth factors that exerts its cardioprotective function at different levels of intervention in myocardial remodeling of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Therefore, it is necessary to fully explain the role of cytokines in myocardial remodeling of diabetic cardiomyopathy in order to provide detailed theoretical and practical guidance for the development of such drugs.
