[目的]测试6种瓢虫对胡萝卜微管蚜的捕食功能反应。[方法]在室内分别测试了八斑和瓢虫[Harmonia octomaculata(Fabricius)]、粗网巧瓢虫[Denopie chinensis(Weise)]、六斑月瓢虫[Menochilus sexmaculata(Fabriciys)]、红星盘瓢虫[Phrynocaria congener(Billberg)]、龟纹瓢虫[Propylea japonica(Thunberg)]、狭臀瓢虫[Coccinella transversalis(Fabricius)]6种瓢虫成虫对胡萝卜微管蚜(Semiaphisheraclei Takahashi)的捕食功能反应。[结果]胡萝卜微管蚜的密度与6种瓢虫各1头成虫对相应密度蚜虫的捕食率呈极显著负相关,6种瓢虫成虫对胡萝卜微管蚜的捕食功能反应符合Holling-Ⅱ型反应。八斑和瓢虫、粗网巧瓢虫、六斑月瓢虫、红星盘瓢虫、龟纹瓢虫、狭臀瓢虫各1头成虫对胡萝卜微管蚜的日最大潜在捕食量分别为159.52、193.53、129.57、140.76、120.20、147.34头,其中以粗网巧瓢虫成虫控制蚜虫的潜力最大。[结论]粗网巧瓢虫成虫可作为捕食蚜虫的瓢虫优势种加以保护利用。
[Objective] The research aimed to test the predation function response of 6 kinds of ladybugs to the carrot. [Method] Harmonia octomaculata (Fabricius), Denopie chinensis (Weise)], Menochilus sexmaculata (Fabriciys), red star dish scoop Predation Functional Responses of 6 Species of Ladybugs to Phylogenia (Takahashi) [Phrynocaria congener (Billberg)], Propylea japonica (Thunberg)] and Coccinella transversalis (Fabricius) . [Result] The density of carrot microtubated aphids was significantly negatively correlated with the predation rate of aphids on one density of 6 lady beetles. The predation functional response of 6 lady beetles to carrot microtubated aphids was consistent with Holling-Ⅱ reaction. The maximum potential daily predation of eight adult and one female adult of Ladybug, ladybug, ladybug, ladybug, ladybug, ladybug and ladybug were 159.52 , 193.53, 129.57, 140.76, 120.20 and 147.34 heads, respectively. Among them, the most potential for controlling aphids was by the adult Coccinella septempunctata. [Conclusion] The adult lady beetle could be used as the predatory ladybug predator to prey on aphids.
