整张薄板料在冲床上进行连续冲裁,是印铁制罐行业多年来急需解决的课题。我厂吸取了外单位的经验,并结合本厂情况,在16t开式可倾冲床上研制并配置了机械式送料架,提高了生产效率,现将该装置介绍如下。整个机构由三层送料架组成(见图1)。1.底层底层框架固定在冲床的工作台上,框架前后的两个横梁上有横向导轨,中层Ⅱ在横向导轨中作左右滑动。
