任何空间形状都可以用空间基本单元体进行拼接,这里采用正八面体来拼接一种空间伸展臂。首先,对桁架形式的正八面体进行派生、转化,构建一种索杆混合的正八面体结构。而后,利用振动特性分析,对索进行去除,并且把多个正八面体进行拼接,构建出空间伸展臂结构。利用力密度法建立此系统的平衡方程,得到各构件的内力。利用二力杆的分析方法,得到整个系统杆构件的力与形变的关系式。通过具体数值的代入,得到了索预紧时此伸展臂轴线的偏角,从而证明了此伸展臂预紧方案是可行的。
Any space shape can be spliced with the basic unit of space, where a regular octahedron is used to join a space arm. Firstly, the regular octahedron in the form of truss is derived, transformed and constructed into a rod-mixed octahedron structure. Then, using the analysis of vibration characteristics, the cable is removed, and a number of regular octahedrons are spliced to construct a space-extending arm structure. The equilibrium equation of this system is established by force density method, and the internal force of each component is obtained. Using the analysis method of the two-force rod, the relation between the force and the deformation of the whole system rod member is obtained. Through the substitution of specific numerical values, the deflection angle of the extension arm axis is obtained when the cable is preloaded, which proves that this extension arm pre-tensioning scheme is feasible.
