本文根据对西德内燃机车液力传动箱使用的四套轴承样品进行材料与热处理质量分析的结果,得出如下主要结论与建议:1.西德对于套国圈壁厚≤17毫米、滚于直径≤φ38毫米的轴承均采用相当于国产GCr15钢制造,建议各厂根据实际情况扩大GCr15钢在铁路轴承的尺寸使用范用:2.对于工作温度为110~140℃和<100℃的液力变速箱轴承,其回火温度可分别采用225℃或250℃和≤200℃;3.套圈和滚子采用相同的回火温度。附图11幅,表7个。
Based on the results of mass and heat treatment of four sets of bearing samples used in hydraulic transmission of West German diesel locomotive, the following conclusions and suggestions are drawn as follows: 1.
