随着学前教育普及化趋势的日益增强,学前教育专业处于蓬勃发展的阶段。中职学校作为培养学前教育教师的重要基地,其教学质量直接决定了所培养的未来教师的质量。调查发现,中职学校学前教育专业师资培训存在培训方案僵化、培训内容重复、培训形式古板、考核方式不完善等问题,应从灵活制定培训方案、授课方式多样化、内容模块化、建立科学的评价体系等方面做出改进,以提高今后的培训质量。
With the increasing popularity of pre-school education, pre-primary education is in a flourishing stage. As an important base for training preschool teachers, the quality of teaching directly determines the quality of future teachers trained. The survey found that teacher training in pre-primary schools in vocational schools has such problems as rigid training programs, repetitive training contents, old-fashioned training forms and imperfect examination methods. The training programs should be flexibly formulated with diversified teaching methods and modular contents so as to establish a scientific evaluation System and other areas to make improvements to improve the quality of training in the future.
