[目的]探讨一种简单易行,保留正常肛垫的治疗环状混合痔的手术方法。[方法]193例环状混合痔患者。用大弯止血钳夹住内、外痔基底,穿10号丝线从痔核前1/3处基底进针,做“8”字贯穿缝扎,痔核外剪一切口,扎紧丝线,松止血钳,术后外敷中药膏。[结果]193例全部治愈,治愈率100%,疗程平均8d。[结论]内外结扎加中药外敷治疗环状混合痔,方法简单,疗程短,见效快,对术后并发症的防治有较好的效果。 [Objective] To explore a simple and feasible operation method for treating ring mixed hemorrhoids with normal anal cushions.
