村级卫生组织是为农村居民提供卫生服务的第一级机构,承担着发展农村初级卫生保健事业的历史使命,随着农村经济的发展,医学模式的转变,建设中国特色的村级卫生组织的重要性,已经越来越引起关注。本文通过休宁县村级卫生组织的现状调查和浅析,论述了村级卫生室在农村卫生服务中的实际作用。重点展示了医疗制度、队伍建设、领导管理等几个问题对建设好村级卫生组织的关系,并提出了初步思考和时策,试图从开发卫生资源出发,拟就发展农村卫生事业的途径,作一研究与讨论。
