研究藏药７０味珍珠丸对缺血造成动物脑损伤的作用，探讨其用于缺血性脑血管疾病的价值。方法，结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉后静注伊文思蓝，观察脑血管通透性、脑水肿，以及结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉和将小鼠断头。结果，ｉｇ给药可明显减少脑缺血大鼠脑内伊文思蓝含量、降低脑指数和脑含水量；显著延长小鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎后的存活时间；对断头小鼠张口动作持续时间有一定延长作用，但无统计学差异。结论，本品具有改善动物脑缺血造成的脑血管通透性增加、脑水肿，并增强对缺血性缺氧的耐受力。
