同志们: 由广东省人民政府和水利电力部共同召开的《北江流域规划初步报告》和《飞来峡枢纽可行性研究初步报告》审查会议,现在正式开会了。这次会议的主要任务,是对水电部珠江水利委员会编制的《北江流域规划初步报告》和《飞来峡枢纽可行性研究初步报告》进行审查。参加这次会议的,除广东省和水电部的有关单位和部门外,还有国家计委、铁道部及所属第四设计院、交通部及所属水运规划设计院的有关责责同志和工程技术人员。我代表广东省人民政府,向到会的全体同志表示热烈欢迎,并对参加规划的同志表示谢意。
Comrades: The review meeting of the Preliminary Report on the Beijiang River Basin Planning and the Preliminary Report on the Feilaixia Joint Hub Feasibility Study jointly held by the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government and the Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity will now formally meet. The main task of this meeting is to review the preliminary report on the planning of the Beijiang River Basin prepared by the Pearl River Water Resources Commission and the Preliminary Report on Feilaixia Hydropower Station Feasibility Study. Attend this meeting, in addition to the relevant units and departments of Guangdong Province and the Ministry of Water Resources, as well as the relevant responsible comrades and engineering technology of the State Development Planning Commission, the Ministry of Railways and its fourth design institute, the Ministry of Communications and its affiliated Water Transport Planning and Design Institute personnel. On behalf of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government, I extend a warm welcome to all the comrades here and express my appreciation to those participating in the plan.
