一、概述锥柄、直柄麻花钻、立铣刀、键槽铣刀是切削加工领域里应用最广泛的刀具。钻头精度测量在工具行业大多采用国家标准GB1435—1441—78的测量标准。据了解,立铣刀键槽铣刀还没有统一的测量标准。实践证明麻花钻现行的测量方法对径向、法向跳动及钻芯的不对称度的测量有一些不足之处。我们反复研究试验制成一台综合偏摆检查工具(见图1)。此检具排除了现行方法的缺点,提高生产效率50%左右,减轻了劳动强度,更重要的是测值稳定准确。
First, an overview of taper shank, straight shank twist drill, end mill, keyway milling cutter is the most widely used in the field of cutting tools. Drill accuracy measurement tools industry mostly use the national standard GB1435-1441-78 measurement standards. It is understood that end mill keyway milling cutter there is no uniform measurement standards. Practice has proved that the current measuring method of twist drill has some shortcomings in the measurement of radial, normal runout and asymmetry of drill core. We repeatedly study the test made of a comprehensive yaw check tool (see Figure 1). The test fixture ruled out the shortcomings of the current method to improve production efficiency of about 50%, reducing labor intensity, more importantly, the measured value is stable and accurate.
