北京内燃机总厂历经四年多的努力,研制成功独具一格的“单端式镗刀自动补偿系统”,并用于492Q 发动机连杆大头孔的精镗加工。于1984年6月下旬在北京通过技术鉴定。北京汽车工业总公司主持了鉴定会,参加鉴定会的有一汽、二汽、常柴、吉林工大、大连工学院、北工大、大连组合所、昆明铣床厂等二十二个单位五十余名代表。“单端式镗刀补偿系统”不仅能够实现自动检测、自动正补偿和负补偿、自动让刀和超差自动报警等功能。与机床配合可实现自动循环,而且控制尺寸精度高,精镗连杆大头孔的尺寸误差可稳定控制在8μm 以内,达到国际先进水平。国外用于连杆大头孔精镗的镗刀补偿系统
