一直以来,是 MBA,EMBA,唱了商学院教育的主角,几乎红了整个管理教育的半壁汀山。而不需要考试,也不需要离开工作岗位,当然也没有学历学位证书,但是却涵盖了现代经理人完善知识结构最需要之核心课程的 Mini MBA,开始在3月回春的大地暗流涌动。Mini-MBA,商学院非学位教育项目之一,是在 MBA 教育上延伸出来的培训公开课,在国内几所最有代表性的商学院,都可以轻易觅见其芳踪。如果说诸多的迹象在表明04年管理教育培训市场正在走向理性化,Mini-MBA 的活跃无疑又是其中的一个缩影。
