研究了芸香苷与铝的显色反应 ,在pH =5 .6HAc -NaAc缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下 ,芸香苷与铝反应生成 3∶1稳定黄色络合物 ,λmax =430nm ,ε =4.38× 10 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。铝含量在 0~ 10 μg/ 2 5ml内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于环境样品中铝含量的测定 ,结果令人满意
The color reaction of rutin with aluminum was studied. Rutin reacted with aluminum in the presence of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) in pH = 5.6HAc-NaAc buffer medium to form a 3: 1 stable yellow complex Λmax = 430 nm, ε = 4.38 × 10 4 L · mol -1 · cm -1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 10 μg / 25ml for aluminum content. The method is applied to the determination of aluminum in environmental samples with satisfactory results
