海南岛于1979～1982年发生经病原学证实的由Ⅲ型登革病毒引起的登革热流行;1985～1988年及1991年又两次发生经病原学证实的由Ⅱ型登革病毒引起的登革热和登革出血热流行。现将这三次流行的情况综合报告如下:一、流行概况海南岛首次登革热流行是1979年10月在本岛西北部儋县洋浦港报告病人。次年3月沿着洋浦港沿岸迅速蔓延,继而昌江、临高及海口传播,到8月遍及全岛,引起大流行,直到1982年9月告终。波及全岛18个市县的208个乡镇,全岛三年累计发病447499例,
Dengue epidemics caused by dengue virus type III in Hainan Island occurred from 1979 to 1982, and dengue fever caused by Dengue virus type Ⅱ was confirmed twice again from 1985 to 1988 and in 1991 Dengue hemorrhagic fever epidemic. The three prevalence of a comprehensive report is as follows: I. Prevalence Hainan Island first dengue epidemic was reported in October 1979 in Yangpu Port, Lixian County, northwest of the island. The following March spread rapidly along the coast of Yangpu Harbor, followed by the spread of Changjiang, Lincoln and Haikou to the entire island in August, causing a pandemic until it ended in September 1982.
