近日,在公众视线中消失许久的华泰汽车,以一则新闻吸引了众人目光,华泰汽车集团与北京建工集团签署战略合作框架协议。根据协议,双方将在房地产开发,项目建设、设计咨询及运营,境外事业发展等方面开展合作。只是,在不少汽车业内人士看来,这是华泰汽车又一次“不务正业”的举动。曾凭借圣达菲、特拉卡等SUV车型名噪一时的华泰汽车,坐拥数个生产基地及一个汽车工业园,偶尔出现在人们的视线中,也是因扩张建厂,却鲜有关于产品的消息,销量成绩更是常常徘徊在车企排名的末端。
