目的了解2012年浙江省杭州市新报告的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者耐药株的传播水平。方法根据世界卫生组织推荐的HIV耐药警戒线调查方法,收集新报告的HIV感染者的血浆样本,进行基因型耐药检测和耐药株传播水平分析。结果共采集58例样本进行调查,最终成功获得序列51例。根据HIV耐药警戒线调查方法,纳入47例进行耐药分析。按pol区分型,CRF01_AE占66.0%(31/47),CRF07_BC占29.8%(14/47),B亚型占2.1%(1/47),新型重组型CRF01_AE/B/C占2.1%(1/47)。3例样本出现监测性耐药突变,包括蛋白酶区的L90M、I85IV突变以及反转录酶区的T215S,Y188L和K103N突变。结论杭州市处于HIV耐药株中度传播水平,且亚型重组复杂化,突变位点多样化。
Objective To understand the new level of transmission of drug-resistant strains of HIV-infected persons in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in 2012. Methods According to the World Health Organization recommended HIV resistance warning line survey method, newly reported plasma samples of HIV-infected persons were collected for genotypic drug resistance testing and drug-resistant strains transmission level analysis. Results A total of 58 samples were collected for investigation, and finally 51 cases were successfully obtained. According to HIV resistance warning line survey method, 47 cases were included in the analysis of drug resistance. According to pol classification, CRF01_AE accounted for 66.0% (31/47), CRF07_BC accounted for 29.8% (14/47), subtype B accounted for 2.1% (1/47), and new recombinant CRF01_AE / B / C accounted for 2.1% (1 / 47). Three samples showed the surveillance of drug-resistant mutations, including L90M and I85IV mutations in the protease region and T215S, Y188L and K103N mutations in the reverse transcriptase region. Conclusions Hangzhou is moderately spread of HIV-resistant strains, and the subtype recombination is complicated and the mutation sites are diversified.
