受农机化服务公司修配处的委托,我们曾到一些省、市的重点分配泵修理厂参观、学习,并对几个厂的修复泵进行了考核。本文就考核中发现的问题提几点意见,供修理部门参考。 1.转子与套筒的修理极限尺寸与配件制造尺寸分配转子和套筒是分配泵中的一对重要偶件,也是易损件。它由38CrMoAlA钢制成,经30小时以上的氮化处理,氮化层深达0.3毫米,表面硬度为HV1100,随着深度的增加,硬度逐渐降低(见图)。

Rotor and Sleeve Repair Limits Dimensions and Accessories Manufacturing Dimensional Dispensing Rotors and sleeves are a couple of important pairs of dispensers that are also consumables. It is made of 38CrMoAlA steel. After nitriding for more than 30 hours, the nitrided layer has a depth of 0.3 mm and a surface hardness of HV1100. As the depth increases, the hardness decreases (see figure).
