学生在800米跑测试中,无论成绩优劣,大部分跑的节奏是典型的先快后慢。形成这种情况的主要原因是许多教师在练习中重视了800米跑的练习方法,而忽视了跑的节奏安排与练习,导致了学生对节奏把握不好,测试中盲目加速,造成力、速度储备分配不均而影响了成绩。在教中,笔者针对800米跑对学生在心理、生理、体力分配等方面提出的要求,采用了以下几种练习,取得了较好的效果。一、抢拉跑,注重“抢”字听到起跑枪声后尽力冲在前头,抢占有利位置,避免受阻或破坏跑的节奏,然后进入下一节奏,调节好自己的跑速。
