本文使用RIA法检测40例结核性脑膜炎患儿血浆内皮素(ET-1)和心钠素(ANF)的水平变化。分为偏瘫组18例和无偏瘫组22例,并设正常对照组20例。结果可见结脑急性期血浆ET-1和ANF均较正常对照组增高,偏瘫组更明显增高(P<0.01),且与无瘫痪组比较,也有明显差异(P<0.01)。提示ET-1和ANF参与结脑的发病过程,其增高的幅度与该病的病情和病程有关。
In this paper, RIA was used to detect plasma endothelin (ET-1) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) levels in 40 children with tuberculous meningitis. Divided into hemiplegia in 18 cases and without hemiplegia in 22 cases, and 20 cases of normal control group. The results showed that the plasma levels of ET-1 and ANF in the acute phase of tuberculous meningitis were higher than those in the normal control group, the hemiplegia group was significantly higher (P <0.01), and the difference was also significant (P <0.01). Tip ET-1 and ANF involved in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis, the increased amplitude and the disease’s disease and duration.
