采用常规球化剂FeSiMg8RE3和低镁球化剂FeSiMg6RE2进行球化处理,分析两种球化剂对球墨铸铁化学成分的影响。结果表明,采用常规球化剂进行球化处理时,铁液中最终的残留含镁量较低而最终含硫量较高,脱硫效果差;采用低镁球化剂盖包法球化处理时,铁液中最终有比较高并且稳定的残留含镁量,较低的残留稀土元素含量,保证了球铁中镁含量和稀土元素含量的配比,脱硫效果明显提高。
The conventional nodulizer FeSiMg8RE3 and the low-Mg nodulariser FeSiMg6RE2 were used for the spheroidization. The effects of the two nodulizers on the chemical composition of the ductile iron were analyzed. The results show that when the conventional nodulizer is used for the spheroidizing process, the final residual magnesium content in the molten iron is lower and the final sulfur content is higher, and the desulfurization effect is poor. When the spheroidizing process is carried out with the low-magnesium nodulizer In the molten iron, the residual magnesium content and the residual residual rare earth element content are relatively high and stable, and the ratio of magnesium content and rare earth element content in the ductile iron is ensured, and the desulfurization effect is remarkably improved.
