目的 :探讨中小学教师职业紧张、紧张反应和个体应对资源现况。方法 :采用职业紧张量表 (OSI- R) ,对 146 0例中小学教师和 319例非教育工作的脑力劳动者进行了测试。结果 :OSI- R的信度和效度良好 ;教师职业紧张主要表现在任务过重 (RO)和工作环境 (PE)不良。结论 :如何减轻教师负担过重和改善工作环境条件是职业卫生领域的重要任务之一。
Objectives: To investigate the occupational stress and nervousness of primary and secondary school teachers and the current situation of individual coping resources. METHODS: Occupational stress tests (OSI-R) were used to test 146 0 primary and secondary school teachers and 319 non-education mental workers. Results: The reliability and validity of OSI-R were good. Teachers’ occupational stress was mainly manifested in over-work (RO) and poor working environment (PE). Conclusions: How to reduce the burden on teachers and improve working conditions is one of the important tasks in occupational health.
