大面积堆料下地基破坏的判别方法

在工业建设中,常遇到建造在软土地基上的大面积堆料工程。如露天原料堆场,矿石、材料仓库,大型化肥厂的尿素散装仓库,大型油料贮罐,铁路公路路基建设,水利工程中大坝,港务工程的码头料场等。此类工程的地基设计及地基处理问题,是工程技术人员常遇到的疑难问题之一,其土质条件、沉降分析及稳定计算都应比一般地基考虑得详细些。若处理不当,容易造成坍滑和沉陷。国内外由于大面积堆料造成地基失稳而失败的工程实例是不少的。如苏联索柯罗夫—隆尔巴依斯基选矿烧结联合工厂的精矿仓库投产后几天就造成地基失稳。该仓库跨度42米,长348米,由高度17.3米和间距12米的金属三铰拱构成,拱支承在4.1米×8.3米 In industrial construction, large-area stockpiling projects built on soft soil foundations are often encountered. Such as open-air raw material yards, ore, material storage, large-scale fertilizer plant urea bulk storage, large-scale oil storage tanks, railroad roadbed construction, water conservancy projects, dams, port engineering and other docks. The foundation design and foundation treatment of such projects is one of the most difficult problems encountered by engineers and technicians. Their soil conditions, settlement analysis and stability calculations should be considered more carefully than the general foundation. If handled improperly, it can easily cause slippery and subsidence. There are many examples of engineering failures at home and abroad that have caused failure due to large-area piles. Such as the Soviet Sokolov-Longbaysky mine dressing and sintering plant, the concentrate warehouse of the mine was put into production and caused ground instability in a few days. The warehouse has a span of 42 meters and a length of 348 meters. It consists of a metal tri-hinged arch with a height of 17.3 meters and a spacing of 12 meters. The arch is supported at 4.1 meters by 8.3 meters.
