长江下游地区30个小麦种质资源材料种于镇江地区农科所。利用4个产量性状资料,根据其表现型值的相似性,用聚类分析法对品种材料进行分类。各个产量性状表现值作为向量,各个种质资源的4个性状表现值作为4维空间,计算各种质资源之间所有可能成对的相似系数。聚类开始以两个关系最为密切的材料聚为一组,随后不断将相似水平最大的组、品种聚合,直至最后所有品种材料都聚在单一的一个组内。聚类结果,30个种质资源可分为2群(Population)、4类(Type)。类下又分为5个组(Group)。用秩序判别分析法判定了2个新引入种质资源的归组,098×阿芙乐尔判定归属 G_1组,孟27-2-1-3判定归属 G_2组。
Thirty wheat germplasm resources in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River were planted in Zhenjiang Agricultural Science Institute. Based on the similarity of the phenotypic values, four varieties of yield traits were used to classify the cultivars by cluster analysis. The performance values of each yield trait are used as vectors and the performance values of four traits of germplasm resources are used as the 4-dimensional space to calculate the similarity coefficients of all the possible pairs of various quality resources. The cluster starts with the two most closely related materials grouped together and then continuously groups and breeds the groups with the highest similarity levels until all of the breed material is grouped together in a single group. According to the clustering results, 30 germplasm resources can be divided into 2 groups (Population) and 4 types (Type). The class is divided into five groups (Group). Using the method of order discriminant analysis, two newly introduced germplasm resources were grouped. 098 × Fuflores decided to belong to G_1 group and Meng 27-2-1-3 to belong to G_2 group.
