目的研究奥美沙坦对心肌肥厚大鼠肾脏Ang II、TGFβ-1水平的作用及与肾小管间质纤维化的关系。方法60只Wistar大鼠随机分三组,模型组和干预组0.02mg/(kg·d)异丙肾上腺素,bid,H,连用10天;干预组奥美沙坦10 mg/(kg·d)加蒸馏水1ml,余两组1ml蒸馏水,qd灌胃;笼养8周后B超测定大鼠肾脏大小;检测肾动脉阻力指数及Ang II、TGFβ-1水平。结果对照组肾动脉阻力指数均明显低于其他两组;干预组明显低于模型组;Ang II、TGFβ-1及间质胶原的含量差异明显。结论奥美沙坦可以抑制后超负荷压力增加引起的肾间质纤维化。
Objective To investigate the effect of olmesartan on renal Ang II and TGFβ-1 in renal hypertrophic rats and its relationship with tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: 0.02 mg / (kg · d) of isoproterenol, bid and H for 10 days in the model group and the intervention group. Olmesartan 10 mg / (kg · d) Add distilled water 1ml, the remaining two groups of 1ml distilled water, qd intragastric administration; 8 weeks after caged kidney size determination of renal; renal artery resistance index and Ang II, TGFβ-1 levels. Results The renal artery resistance index of the control group was significantly lower than the other two groups; the intervention group was significantly lower than the model group; the contents of Ang II, TGFβ-1 and interstitial collagen were significantly different. Conclusion Olmesartan can inhibit post-overload pressure caused renal interstitial fibrosis.
