欧盟委员会发布了新的法规草案,更新了对农药有效成分和产品的数据要求。这些更新将反映欧盟农药登记法规(1107/2009)所引入的一些新条件,并力求解决当前存在的其他问题,如加强对蜜蜂健康的影响评估。法规草案在今年初获得了欧盟食品链和动物卫生常设委员会投票支持,并于11月份散发给欧盟部长级会议。
The European Commission released a draft new regulation updating the data requirements for the active ingredients and products of pesticides. These updates will reflect some of the new conditions introduced by the EU’s Pesticide Registration Regulation (1107/2009) and seek to address other current issues, such as strengthening the assessment of the impact on bee health. The draft regulation won the vote of the EU’s food chain and animal health board earlier this year and was distributed to the EU ministerial meeting in November.
