已知内分泌功能紊乱伴有智力改变,本研究探索在高龄老人中是否促甲状腺激素(TSH)和游离T_4与所有的认知功能相关或只是与个刖的认知功能相关。对象与方法参与者为高龄(76～96岁)老人,能完成认知测验。18例有较重压抑、精神病、偏执狂被除外,另17例用安定镇痛药和/或用抗抑郁药者被除外,血清叶酸值低于11nmol/L、TSH和游离T_4超出正常参考值范围及甲亢或甲低者也被除外。在早晨采集血标本,同1天进行认知测验、分析各种健康指数,全部血分析存同一实验室完成,用免疫放射测定法分析TSH,用放射免疫法分析游离T_4。TSH的正常参考值范围是0.4～5.0mU/L;游离T_4的正常参考值范围12～25pmol/L。情绪变量按综合精神病理等级记分法记分,按DSM-Ⅳ累计得情绪分。

Emotional variables were scored according to the comprehensive psychopathological grade score method, and scores were calculated according to DSM-IV.
