在选择治疗疾病的药物时,除了考虑其安全性、有效性外,还应考虑到药物的经济性。成本效果分析(又称费用效果分析cost-effectiveness analysis,简称CEA)是药物经济学最广泛的分析方法之一。梅毒是性病的重要病种,近年来其发病率有上升的趋势。本文选择福建省皮肤病性病防治院治疗梅毒的四种治疗方案~([1]),用药物经济学原理对其进行成本效果分析,以期为临床提供疗效高、成本低的治疗药物。1病例选择与治疗方法1.1病例选择选择1994年5月~1995年4月性病专科门诊患者258例。男192例,女66例,已婚193例,未婚65例,年龄16~69

Cost-effectiveness analysis (also known as cost-effectiveness analysis, referred to as CEA) is one of the most widely used analytical methods in pharmacoeconomics. Syphilis is an important disease of STDs, and its incidence has risen in recent years. In this paper, four kinds of treatment programs for the treatment of syphilis in dermatology and venereal disease prevention and cure hospital in Fujian Province are selected ([1]). The cost-effectiveness analysis is carried out with the principles of pharmacoeconomics in order to provide the clinical treatment with high curative effect and low cost.
