糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,部分患者因治疗和保护不当,有时会形成坏疽而需要截肢甚至危及生命。为了探讨和提高对该病的疗效,我院高压氧科与内分泌科联合采用高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足,取得较满意效果,现报道如下。
Diabetic foot (DF) is one of the most common complication of diabetes. Some patients may sometimes develop gangrene and need amputation or even life-threatening due to improper treatment and protection. In order to explore and improve the efficacy of the disease, our hospital hyperbaric oxygen and endocrinology combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetic foot, to obtain more satisfactory results are reported below.
