苯偶酰类化合物具备特殊的化学反应活性,是一类重要的有机合成中间体,有着极其重要的应用价值。由安息香氧化合成苯偶酰的方法是最经典、研究最为成熟的合成路线。从非催化氧化和催化氧化的两个角度对安息香氧化合成苯偶酰的研究进展进行了综述,并对不同种类的安息香氧化方式进行了优缺点比较,探讨各个方法在实际工业化生产中推广的可能性,同时提出了几点未来对该合成反应的研究展望。
Benzene compounds with special chemical reactivity, is an important class of organic synthesis intermediates, has an extremely important value. Benzoyl oxidation by benzoin method is the most classic, the most studied synthetic route. The progress in the synthesis of benzil by benzoin oxidation was reviewed from the perspective of non-catalytic oxidation and catalytic oxidation. The advantages and disadvantages of different benzoyl peroxide oxidation methods were compared, and the possible ways to promote the synthesis of benzil in industrialized production were discussed At the same time, some future research prospects of the synthesis reaction are proposed.
