目的:评价末梢全血是否可以替代静脉血用于乙肝监测。方法:同一人同时采集末梢全血和静脉血使用不同试剂采用ELISA方法进行乙肝表面抗体检测。结果:分别采集327对末梢全血和静脉血,末梢全血检测乙肝表面抗体阳性率为9.48%,静脉血为33.944%,经统计学分析P<0.01,两种检测方法检出乙肝表面抗体阳性率差异有显著性,静脉血检出阳性率高于末梢全血。结论:末梢全血检测乙肝表面抗体试剂不可以替代静脉血开展健康人群乙肝表面抗体监测,在选择末梢血替代静脉血进行监测时,注意试剂厂家选择。
PURPOSE: To evaluate whether peripheral whole blood can replace venous blood for hepatitis B monitoring. Methods: The same person simultaneously collected peripheral blood and venous blood using different reagents ELISA method for the detection of hepatitis B surface antibody. RESULTS: A total of 327 peripheral blood and venous blood samples were collected respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg in peripheral whole blood was 9.48% and that of venous blood was 33.944%. After statistical analysis, P <0.01, HBsAg positive The difference was significant, the positive rate of venous blood was higher than peripheral whole blood. Conclusion: The detection of peripheral whole blood of hepatitis B surface antibody reagent can not replace the venous blood to carry out monitoring of hepatitis B surface antibody in healthy population, the choice of peripheral blood instead of venous blood for monitoring, pay attention to the choice of reagent manufacturers.
