Tolerability refers to the human body to reduce the sensitivity of the drug; and drug resistance mainly refers to bacteria or parasites on the antibiotic or antiparasitic drug sensitivity decreased. The two have different meanings, but the result is that the efficacy is reduced, the curative effect is weakened or the treatment fails. Tolerance has the innate nuances. Some people due to repeated long-term use of certain drugs, the body’s sensitivity to the drug decreased, we must increase the dose in order to maintain efficacy. In the case of individual insomniacs who have been sedentary for prolonged periods of time, subsequent doses of up to 25 mg (10 times the initial dose) are required to maintain sleep, which we call Acquired Tolerance. Also easy to produce such tolerance drugs are: phenylbutazone, barbiturates, opioids, insulin, ephedrine, Lee blood
